I often get compliments on my skin and asked about the treatments and products that I use. Here is my daily skin care routine…
Cleanse: I start each morning cleansing my face with iS CLINICAL’s Cream Cleanser. I have always stuck with a wipe-off cleanser, and never use water on my face unless in the shower.
Treat: First, I apply DefenAge’s 3D Eye Radiance Cream and 6-Week Neck Perfection Cream.
Then, I apply iS CLINICAL’S Super Serum, followed by Reparative Moisturize Emulsion to my face. I top this off with DefenAge’s 8-in-1 BioSerum.
Protect: Let’s not forget the most important step, protecting my skin from the sun. I first use Colorscience’s Tinted Sunscreen to protect from the harmful rays of the sun. I finish with a light dusting on the Colorscience’s Sunforgettable Brush-on Powder SPF 50.
Cleanse: At night, I cleanse away the day with iS CLINICAL’s Cream Cleanser.
Treat: I apply DefenAge’s 3D Eye Radiance Cream and 6-Week Neck Perfection Cream.
Then, I use iS CLINICAL’S Youth Intensive Crème, a rich and luxurious feeling cream. This is my all-time favorite nighttime moisturizer.
Lastly, I finish off my routine with DefenAge’s 8-in-1 BioSerum.
Once or twice a week, I will use DefenAge’s Two-Minute Reveal Mask in the shower to exfoliate my skin. I apply this and let it do its magic while I wash and condition my hair. It takes all of two minutes!

For spot treating the occasional blemishes that we all experience, I use Avene’s TriAcneal Night Cream. If my skin is feeling a little dull or in need of a boost, I will apply this all over and leave it on overnight. The blend of Retin-A and glycolic is gentle enough to use nightly for blemish prone skin and has anti-aging benefits, too!
I know it sounds like a lot, but really it takes no time at all. It’s like brushing and flossing my teeth. I wouldn’t start or finish the day without it!
