FRAXEL® DUAL

The latest Fraxel® Laser system is the FRAXEL® DUAL, which provides treatments for both resurfacing and / or superficial pigmentation. The Fraxel Dual is actually a platform for two separate lasers – the Fraxel Restore Erbium (1550) wavelength, which treats acne scars, age spots, melasma and wrinkles around the eyes, and the new Thulium (1927) wavelength, which reduces actinic keratosis legions by an average 83.5% and repairs sun-damaged skin in one to two treatments.
