• Disinfecting all surfaces before and after client visits

  • Restricting visitors, unless the client requires a caregiver or is a minor accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

  • Providing hand sanitizer at all touch areas if a sink is not present

  • Removing magazines, samples, and other paper products from our waiting area

  • Keeping doors open as weather permits

  • Requiring all employees to wear masks when interacting with clients

  • Reducing touch and interactions between clients and support staff as much as possible

  • Emailing or texting receipts

  • Inviting clients to use their own pens or offering them a new Spa logo’d pen to keep

  • Allowing for extra time in our schedules to adequately clean rooms

What to expect before and during your appointment:


  • Clients will receive a call prior to their appointments to screen for any signs/symptoms of illness, recent travel, or exposure to others who are ill or COVID positive

  • Clients may complete their paperwork and sign any necessary forms prior to their appointment

  • Clients will be asked to wear masks or a face covering prior to entering the building

  • Clients will be asked to come to their appointments alone, unless they require a caregiver or are a minor accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

  • Clients may wait in your car during numbing for specific procedures

  • Clients in our waiting room will have space for social distancing


We have screening questions and requirements for clients, to keep everyone safe and reduce risk:

  • Have you been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19?

  • Are you experiencing any illness including a dry cough, fatigue, or slight fever? 

  • Is anyone in your home ill? 

  • If you do experience any signs of illness, please postpone the appointment.

  • Have you travelled out of the area within two weeks of your appointment? 

    • If yes: Any flight or train travel requires a two week waiting period for us to see you.

    • If by car, please let us know where. We may need to reschedule for a later date, depending on the circumstances.

  • Please bring and wear a face covering or mask.

  • Please come alone to your appointment unless you are a minor.

  • Please remove jewelry before coming in, if possible.

  • Please call us if any of your answers to these questions change between now and your appointment.
