• Requiring all employees to wear masks when interacting with clients

  • Disinfecting all surfaces before and after client visits

  • Providing hand sanitizer at all touch areas if a sink is not present

  • Restricting visitors, unless the client requires a caregiver or is a minor accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

  • Reducing touch and interactions between clients and support staff as much as possible

  • Emailing or texting receipts

  • Inviting clients to use their own pens or offering them a new Spa logo’d pen to keep

  • Allowing for extra time in our schedules to adequately clean rooms

What to expect before and during your appointment:


  • Clients will receive a call prior to their appointments to screen for any signs/symptoms of illness, recent travel, or exposure to others who are ill or COVID positive

  • Clients may complete their paperwork and sign any necessary forms prior to their appointment

  • Clients will be asked to wear masks or a face covering prior to entering the building

  • Clients will be asked to come to their appointments alone, unless they require a caregiver or are a minor accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

  • Check-in process: Come inside or give us a call to check-in for your appointment.

  • Clients can also wait outside if preferred after checking in.

  • Clients may wait in your car during numbing for specific procedures

  • Clients in our waiting room will have a six foot + space for social distancing. We tend to have no more than two or three clients in the waiting area at one time.
