CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR at Signature Medical Spa

Job Type: Full time

The Role

•    Provide warm, friendly, discreet and efficient customer service to clients, staff and the public
•    Schedule cosmetic dermatology appointments by phone, in person and via email 
•    Handle complex payments including reward program discounts, gift cards, coupons and rebates
•    Promote and educate guests about medical spa services and skin care products
•    Work as a team to restock and manage paperwork, refreshments, retail, and furnishings in the Boutique

•    Desires working a set schedule of 4 to 5 days per week, including until 7:15 PM Wednesdays
•    Flexibility to work a 6 hour Saturday every other month in lieu of a weekday

This position includes benefits such as healthcare, paid time off, eight paid holidays, and 401(k).

This position reports to the Client Services Manager.

CLINICAL ASSISTANT at Signature Medical Spa

Job Type: Full time

The Role

•    Clinical assisting for Master Aestheticians, Nurses, Technicians and occasionally other providers 
•    Provide warm, friendly, discreet and efficient service to clients and staff
•    Clinical photography, including displaying and printing photos for practitioners 
•    Preparing equipment including lasers, goggles, microneedling devices, tables, and clean-up 
•    Reviewing and securing informed consent for treatments
•    Medical chart documentation for provider 
•    Reviewing clients’ post-procedural education
•    Follow-up phone calls or emails for clients per provider
•    Keep treatment rooms organized, neat and tidy
•    Restocking rooms, retail, brochures
•    Consult with clients on skin care products and medical spa services

Award-winning dermatology practice seeks full-time (36-40 hours/week), experienced medical assistant to work with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide excellent medical and surgical patient care. We are looking for a bright, career-focused candidate who is highly motivated, takes pride in what they do, works hard, and loves to learn.

Requirements:

Duties:

  • Stocking and setting up exam rooms

  • Providing excellent and efficient patient care
