Cindy Slawson, RN, BSN is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with more than 41 years of clinical expertise, including over 19 years of dedicated service with Albemarle Dermatology and Signature Medical Spa. Her extensive background in nursing, combined with a thoughtful and compassionate approach, makes her a trusted provider for clients seeking safe, natural, and confidence-boosting aesthetic care.

Cindy earned dual degrees in Psychology and Nursing from the University of Virginia, where she also completed her clinical training. She began her career in Pediatrics and Clinical Pediatric Education, teaching nursing students in hospital-based clinical settings in Michigan—an experience that shaped her strong foundation in patient education, attention to detail, and patient-centered care.

At Signature Medical Spa, Cindy specializes in advanced aesthetic and laser treatments and is certified in a wide range of technologies and procedures, including miraDry®, Fraxel® FTX, Clear + Brilliant®, Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus8, Microneedling, PRP, Hair Rejuvenation, dermal fillers, and neuromodulators such as BOTOX® Cosmetic and Dysport®.
